Day 1 - Welcome to Siem Reap

Upon your arrival at airport, you will be welcomed by escort tour guide (with sign name) and driver then transfer directly to hotel for check in. Simply enjoy free time at hotel or make your own highlight tour around central area.

Day 2 - Siem Reap

Breakfast is at hotel. We set off at 8.00am for full day guided Angkor exploration, start with the south gate of Angkor Thom atop 4 giant faces, stroll to explore Bayon temple consisting of more than 200 smiling faces in stone, admired by interesting temples including Baphuon, Phimeanakas, terrace of leper king, terrace of elephant & Ta Prohm temple adorned with the stunning tree roots where Lara Croft Tomb Raider was filmed. Enjoy delicious set lunch at Triple K air conditioning restaurant.
After lunch, continue to witness the marvelous Angkor Wat – the world’s heritage listed by UNESCO in 1992 and the largest monument in the world. Unlock the amazing history, its ancestral incredible, architectural masterpieces and the finest carvings dates back to the Khmer Empire when it dominated the largest parts of Southeast Asia. Next, enjoy the hiking up to Phnom Bakheng to watch the spectacular sunset or alternatively go to Pre Rup temple as if Phnom Bakheng is always touristy.

Day 3 - Siem Reap

Breakfast is at hotel. We set off to a nearby countryside to experience oxcart adventure through rural village to interact local people, see animals, fresh vegetable gardens and rice fields dotting with palm trees. Enjoy fresh coconut juice & tropical fruits before heading to visit Cambodian Liqueur workshop where you have a chance to test many different liqueur flavors and followed by finger snacks. Continue for guided orientation at the finest Artisan Angkor wood/stone carving centre displaying various defined handicraft and silk products, continue to stroll around old market for shopping and see daily trading. Enjoy Khmer set lunch at famous Viroth’s restaurant.
Afternoon, continue to Kompong Phluk; one of the stilt house village located at the edge of Tonle Sap Lake. We process to embark a private sheltered boat, enjoy sightseeing along the canal before the excursion reaches the stilt houses. The boat slides slowly through high stilted houses, come across the highlight of fishing activities. Witness how life works on the water and how people make the lake as home. Resume by canoe to explore the mangroves with pleasant surroundings, we may see water-birds and monkeys before we dock to our regular boat to see the great lake of Tonle Sap, unlock Tonle Sap’s eco-system and its rich biosphere.
Evening, transfer to have set dinner at beautiful décor restaurant “Grill Wine Café” before transfer to experience unique Phare Cambodia Circus show.

We alternatively go to visit floating village at Chong Kneas instead of Kompong Phluk if the water level is still low. At Chong Kneas, it doesn’t have mangrove so canoe is not available. It’s a bit difficult to predict on the weather (Generally, it begins to rain from July.

Day 4 - Siem Reap - Battambang

Breakfast is at hotel. We check out of hotel then make the journey toward Battambang, you probably want to stop on the way to visit Puok silk farm which is still available for you. After check in, we set off to visit Wat Ek Phnom – an Angkorain temple built in the 11th century, process to Phnom Sampov where you enjoy the active walking up (or take motor-bike) to the mountain to see the spectacular sunset, witness the killing caves and watch thousands of bats flying back to their homes. Evening, enjoy set dinner at a selected local restaurant.

Day 5 - Battambang - Kampot

Breakfast is at hotel. Journey out to venture the unique experience on the famous bamboo train in Battambang, cruising on the track of the train while enjoying scenic village views. Disembark then continue to wander around the infamous Prohoc market “Fermented Fish Market”, observe rice paper making and try the taste of Cambodian rice wine with learning how it is made. Return hotel for refreshment and we drive directly (7 hours) to Kampot Province, Cambodia’s southern coast.

Day 6 - Kampot - Kep - Kampot

Breakfast is at hotel. We head out from Kampot visit famous Crab Market animated by crab farming, people selling a lot of fresh seafood as well as regional vegetables and fruits. Next, we venture by trekking with 8km through the jungle trail of Kep National Park, feel the serenity of the mother nature that admired by songs of wildlife/birds and you will probably come across wild monkeys, and take beautiful photos of Cambodia’s landscape overlooking blue sea, islands and countryside.
Transfer Kep boat pier, embark a local boat to Rabbit Island. Enjoy free time, swimming by the white sand beach or have a short trekking to see people growing sea weeds on this island. We take the boat back to the mainland and return to hotel in Kampot.

Day 7 - Kampot

Breakfast is at hotel. We leave to explore the town of Kampot where you can see the vibrant influence of French colonial architecture, drive passing countryside to Phnom Chhnouk where we experience walking 203-step staircase, down into the cave and admired by Pre-Angkorian bricked temple. Have lunch at a local restaurant. Continue riding into beautiful mountainous countryside, along the beaten railway before we visit Sothy’s Pepper Plantation where the best famous Kampot pepper comes from and export to the world. Continue to see and observe the salt fields admired by countryside dotting with palm trees. Return hotel for refreshment and break.
Evening, our guide and driver take you to Kampot River then we catch our private boat for the excursion to view the picturesque sunset enhanced by Kampot river-lake and mountainous landscape.

Day 8 - Kampot - Sihanoukville - Koh Rong Samloem

After having breakfast at hotel, our guide and driver will meet you at hotel’s lobby then we drive from Kampot to Sihanoukville poat pier then you embark the public speed ferry at 9.00am to Koh Rong Samloem (approx. 1 hour) and once you arrived at the pier, you will be assisted by hotel’s staff with all your luggage to your hotel. Peacefully enjoy free time by the beach, swimming and sunbathing.

Breakfast is at hotel. Today is reserved for your own free time at the seaside, swimming, sunbathing and beach break.

Day 10 - Koh Rong Samloem - Sihanoukville - Phnom Penh

Breakfast is at hotel. Enjoy the rest of your time at Koh Rong Samloem before catching speed ferry at 1.00pm back to the mainland. You’ll be met by our driver at boat pier after disembarking then he transfers you to Phnom Penh Capital. Upon your arrival in Phnom Penh, meet our tour guide and driver, transfer to hotel for check in.

Day 11 - Phnom Penh

After having breakfast, we drive to take some photos of Independent Monument then heading to witness the tragic site of Cheung Ek, known as The Killing Fields where hundreds of Cambodian lives were proceeded between 1975 and 1979 under Khmer Rouge, connecting to the Tuol Sleng museum – a former high school that was turned into Tortured Prison S-21 and resume strolling around Russian market for shopping. Have set lunch at a selected local restaurant.
Afternoon, continue to visit the National Museum; the world’s most important collection of Khmer sculpture and carvings. Resume visit the Royal Palace – is a complex of buildings which serves as the royal residence of the king of Cambodia, Silver Pagoda, Royal Stupas, French style building etc. Next, we have a short visit at Wat Phnom with interesting legendary of founding Phnom Penh Capital.
Evening at 4.30pm, we get on board, enjoy welcome cocktail while the boat cruise slowly takes you along Mekong & Tonle Sap River, view the spectacular sunset before having buffet dinner on board. Disembark and transfer back to hotel.

Breakfast is at hotel. Simply enjoy the rest of your free time in Phnom Penh before our guide and driver transfer you to airport for your flight back home.

After nearly two years of restricting international arrivals as part of Covid-19 prevention measures, Cambodia yesterday become the first country in Southeast Asia to drop the requirements for both pre-travel PCR (polymerase chain reaction) test and on-arrival rapid antigen test for fully vaccinated travellers into the Kingdom.
