Here, words cannot describe the magnificence of this most famous landmark of Bangkok. The Grand Palace, once a royal residence, is situated in the compound of the Temple of the Emerald Buddha (Wat Pra Kaew), where one of the world´s most precious Buddha images is enshrined.
In the area of palace, visit Borom Phiman Mansion, Phra Maha Monthian Group, Chakri Maha Prasat Hall and Dusit Maha Prasat Hall.
You are then free before transferring out to the airport to take the flight to Chiang Rai, the city in the northern Thailand.
